Acron Plastics is a design and manufacturing business offering thermoformed plastics solutions to a wide range of industries and customers in New Zealand. Established in 1989, Acron Plastics highly skilled staff has a wealth of knowledge in product design, tool making, thermoforming and fabrication of plastics which include ABS, Acrylic, HIPS, HDPE, PET-G, Polycarbonate and PVC. The Acron Plastics team is focussed on business excellence and continuous improvement. We work closely with our customers during the development stage of their project providing advice on materials, tooling and part design. We are committed to providing our customers with cost effective, high quality product solutions which meet or exceed their specifications and expectations. Our 5 x ILLIG vacuum forming machines and Thermwood 5 axis CNC router allow us to accurately manufacture products small and large. Acron Plastics is always looking for new innovative techniques and machinery to improve our quality and service to our customers. Acron Plastics works hard to minimise our impact on the environment. Our monitored closed loop recycling policy means plastic wastage is granulated and sent back to plastic manufacturers to be extruded back into plastic sheet. Acron Plastics is proudly 100% New Zealand owned and operated from their factory in Glenfield, Auckland, New Zealand.
