Yoga, Acroyoga and Thai massage school located in Barcelona and Kerala, though we teach wherever we are called! We share a vision of an acroyoga practice and philosophy that is closer to the yoga tradition and intention by understanding that we use a different manner of performing yoga asanas, with two or more bodies, but that all the other aspects of yoga must be upheld in order to actually practice acroyoga and not acrobatics. The alignment and the contribution of massage is fundamental in understanding the bone alignment structures we are looking for in order to create“stable and comfortable” postures. That we base on anatomy and mechanics of movement, which sometimes contradicts traditional ways of practice. We are available to all those who want to learn with us, in classes, courses or teacher trainings.
