Experienced Team Created from a spin-out of the field service department of utility debt recovery specialist Advanced Collection Systems, ACS Utility services has almost two decades experience managing site disconnections and other services for water, gas, and electricity utilities across the UK. Nationwide service ACS Utility Services has a nationwide network of field representatives who work in partnership with the collections team of utility clients or the debt recovery team in our sister company ACS so that the preparation for disconnection and the debt recovery process are run side by side each supporting the other. This shortens the recovery process, improves recovery rates, and reduces exposure to an increasing debt as a result of continued usage.
