Our philosophy is simple, FIGHT BACK! We have been told repeatedly by the experts that the highest success rates of defending yourself against an assault are to simply FIGHT BACK. We agree, however, during an assault few people can remember what they were taught, if they have learned anything at all. Think about it, if 73% of all sexual assault victims and 93% of juvenile sexual assault victims know their attacker,(current statistics on sexual assault), how close can they get to you or how close will you let them get to you, before you A.C.T. or they attack? Where will they be standing, what part of you will they grab, and will you hesitate to A.C.T? Will you really want to blind someone you know, will you hesitate for fear of misunderstanding their intentions, and will telling them NO be enough? Well just A.C.T! Pain is Pain and it has been the greatest teacher in life and you can always say you are sorry later! A.C.T. women’s self defense provides classroom training to young and old regardless of physical ability. These techniques have been developed over years and years of trials to make each technique as affective as possible and “EASY TO REMEMBER” in high stress situations. We have USED each and every technique on of people across the United States; from Karate Masters, Black Belt instructors, to Mothers and daughters.(and just as many fathers, brothers and uncles.)
