ACT Holdings is a Singapore company with over 50 years of track record. The company was originally established as a holding company for industrial joint ventures in Southeast Asia with the Hitachi Group of Companies, and the Fujitec Elevator Corp. It later went into property development of commercial and residential properties. Today, the company has evolved into a family office with a focus on managing a portfolio of public market assets as well as alternative investments in the areas of real estate, private equity, and venture capital. In the alternatives space, ACT has a 30 year track record of supporting several spin-out VC, PE and Hedge Funds GP teams in Asia and CRE (Multi-family) in the US. A number of these GPs have since become well-known industry brand names with multiple funds. Most notably, ACT was instrumental in the founding of Novo Tellus Capital, a top quartile mid-markets tech and industrials private equity specialist with a base of institutional investors. To date ACT has investments which span early-stage, growth and private equity involving both private and listed companies. At its heart, ACT seeks to support and develop exceptional people who will shape the future through better built-environments, new enterprises, products, and solutions.
