Gary Acton, our Managing Director, is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, SSIP Assessor and Awarding Body External Quality Assurer, founded the business in order to provide sensible and pragmatic support for businesses within the North West region. We provide H&S solutions to a diverse range of business sectors including, but not limited to, Construction, Transport, Warehousing & Distribution and Utilities. With over 30 years of Management, Health & Safety, Training and Audit experience, gained in the UK and Internationally, Gary has the necessary skills and experience to assist your business to fulfil its regulatory requirements and to help develop staff competencies so it has a positive impact on your business. Gary is also a fully qualified instructor for the delivery of a suite of courses offered by organisations such as, but not limited to; • Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) • Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) • International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) • Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ & Manufacturers’ Association (PASMA) As an Awarding Body External Quality Assurer (EQA), Gary has undertaken work on behalf of several Awarding organisations including • Edexcel (Pearson Group) • OCR (Oxford & Cambridge Assessment) • PROQUAL AB.
