ACT Solutions Corp (Adaptive Cosmetic Technology Solutions) is led by 30- year industry veteran Mark Chandler, and includes members experienced in the formulation of advanced skin treatment products, sunscreens, color cosmetics, mild cleansers, and natural formulations. Services provided include consulting, training, formulating, and marketing, all with the goal of explaining and advancing cosmetic and pharmaceutical science while making it relevant and compelling to the consumer.
