Actability is a CRM consulting firm specializing in ACT! relationship management software. We listen carefully to our clients' objectives and create solutions using ACT! as the basic database and integrating other applications to provide the functionality they need to achieve their goals. I started using ACT! v.1 in 1987 and quickly realized that it would help me to be more successful as a high-tech sales professional. Keeping track of my prospects and clients, being able to access their information quickly, keeping track of our interactions, and following up as promised set me apart from my competitors. Actability offers ACT! consulting, implementation, training and support services. I am an ACT! Certified Consultant, ACT! Premier Trainer and a Platinum-level reseller of ACT! software. Actability is a Sage Software Top 100 consulting firm and was #1 in Massachusetts in 2010.
