Action Medical Staffing has roots that go back over 70 years in the Central Florida Area. AMS was started by a nurse and has been operated by nurses through the present day. We have a passion for health care and serving our local communities. We understand the communities that we serve and the important role that nurses and other healthcare workers have in their respective roles. We love our healthcare workers and clients and passionately serve them every day. For this reason we use the slogan “Our heart beats for healthcare” because it truly is our passion and has been for many years. Our mission is to serve the Florida healthcare community by establishing long term partnerships and assist partners to accomplish their goals through collaboration and high-performance standards.
