Action Painting Workshops

So, what is an Action Painting Workshop? It's a team-building activity like no other. It's based on, and fuelled by, creativity and can be adapted for small groups as well as groups of up to 100 people. It is a brief respite from normal life; an opportunity to reflect on and engage with topics, both alone and in a team, exploring a different way to express your feelings - painting. It is also a way to feed the creative energy of colleagues in a novel environment, away from the daily routine. It encourages respect for everyone's differences, as well as their similarities. Each step of the activity is preceded by a discussion between the participants to agree on the procedure that the team will adopt. It is about the strength of the individual within the team and the wider organisation. An added bonus is that the whole experience comes with a big dose of fun and relaxation. We believe that if employees feel valued and are given the opportunity to bond in different ways it might open the channels of communication and create a happier place to be.
