Hi from Activ8 Physio (Formally Known as Tooronga Physiotherapy and Pilates)! My name is Rhona Guerin and I am the managing director and principal physiotherapist at Activ8 Physio. Owning my own practice is something I have always aspired to do and jumped when the opportunity came to take over a practice. I have a genuine interest in the well-being of others and thrive on improving people’s quality of life and performance. At Tooronga Physiotherapy, our goal is to help improve our client’s lifelong physical health, quality of life and overall wellbeing. Our commitment is to provide a high quality, holistic service in a comfortable setting for all our clients. We understand that each client is unique, which is why we emphasise the importance of developing personalised plans and strategies to help you achieve your goal as efficiently as possible! We aim to eliminate acute pain and manage accordingly, to decrease chance of reoccurrence. One exercise does not fit all and we are passionate on providing a holistic approach to each client’s treatment plan. We look at you as a whole and treat accordingly.
