Activa Asset Management AD is a management company licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission with license No. 25-UD/16.07.2007 and new license No. 58-UD/25.07.2017, and as such it offers you a full range of services under trust management of your assets, as well as the organization and management of collective investment schemes. On 20.01.2022, based on Decision No. 49-LUAIF, UD "Activa Asset Management" JSC received a full License to carry out activities in the management of alternative investment funds. Activa Asset Management AD is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Management Companies in Bulgaria (BAUD). Collective Investment Schemes Our two mutual funds BTF Assets Balanced ETF and DF Assets High Income Fund cover a wide range of investment strategies that can quickly respond to changing capital market conditions. National Contract Fund National Contract Fund "Aktiva" is an open-ended fund that invests in transferable securities or other liquid financial assets raised through a public offering of cash, on the principle of risk distribution. National Contract Fund "Activa" is not an enterprise within the meaning of Directive 2009/65/EC and accordingly is not a collective investment scheme. The allocation of the assets in your portfolio, their rebalancing over time, and the risk to which they are exposed are also tailored to the economic situation, your individual preferences, and your personal appetite for risk.
