This process starts with a situational analysis at both macro and micro economic levels. We look in depth at the business itself; its strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats. We assess the competition and fully understand the market the client operates in. This process leads to recommendations as to how the business can be best positioned to gain maximum competitive advantage and grow their profits and market share. We them write and budget implementation plans for the client and usually work on a retained basis to ensure all key milestones are met.
