Being an expert in health and fitness Active Kare also provides a wellness program that allows you to continue your exercise regimen under expert supervision at our state of the art exercise room. This program also includes consultation with a physical therapist every 3 weeks if needed. At Active Kare, our goal is not only to fix what is broken or treat your impairment, but we will provide you a comprehensive program to reach your goals of healthy living.
