Phil Shepherd is himself a highly experienced leader and a dynamic facilitator who is deeply passionate about leadership and helping teams and individuals reach their full potential. A graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School's Art and Practice of Leadership Development, Phil has in-depth experience in developing and delivering a range of innovative and transformative leadership programs and bespoke workshops that are designed to not only be highly engaging but actually help leaders to return to their world and actually make a difference.
