Active Trainings is a company focused on professional training for Project Management and Process Improvement by focusing on the major standards and technologies such as CMMI, Agile and the PMBOK. We are located in Washington / DC and conduct our trainings through partnerships with local organizations like the renowned Brazilian chapters of PMI as well as consulting firms in training and education. Our trainings include the Introduction to Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Lean, KANBAN and XP. Preparatory courses for the PMI-ACP certification (Agile Certified Pratictioner), and the official courses of introduction to CMMI from the SEI/CMU.
