Before joining the Company, our experts obtained practical experience at large financial and commercial entities of Ukraine, including work as members of the board of the said companies. Besides, our staff took part in the projects on: preparing the purchase of the significant share in a commercial bank, as well as the purchase of shares and bank capitalization; debt restructuring, improvement of the financial standing, purchase of shares issued by a number of mining and metallurgical enterprises; supply of energy carriers, as well as of material and technical resources to ensure execution of international contracts of Ukraine. We have the experience of implementing the programs aimed at restructuring of industrial enterprises and retail companies, including the programs of financial restructuring of the debt expressed in securities, transformation of the debt from a short-term into a long-term one etc. Our experts were engaged as external advisors of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Fuel and Energy Complex, of the Budgeting Committee under the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (the Parliament), as well as of various committees under the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
