Acton Management has been a fixture in property management and development since the 1970s. Head-quartered in Acton, Massachusetts, Acton Management owns, manages, and develops properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has extended its services as far as Rhode Island. Focusing on the Greater Boston area, Acton Management provides property management services for commercial real estate it owns outright, as well as for select clients. Acton Management currently provides property management services for commercial properties totaling more than square feet with more than 180 tenants. Tenants include retail, restaurant, office and medical, and commercial condo associations. In addition, Acton Management is in the process of developing several residential real estate projects in the town of Acton, as well as one commercial property.
