ACTS (Aligning Change to Succeed) formerly ESA (Excavation Safety Alliance) believes excavation safety and damage prevention solutions are possible only when everyone at the table is recognized as an important piece of the puzzle. Our mission is to provide the platform to help damage prevention professionals create and implement effective solutions based on mutual trust and respect for one another. From conferences to publications, the founding principle of ACTS is to create an environment that allows for a free flow of ideas, establishing the value of listening to understand people with different views and ideas. We believe every person is important, they have a story to tell, and we should listen to them. Otherwise, we’re just building bridges over rivers that aren’t there.
