ACTUAL Inc. is a technology studio creating AI tools that deepen our relationship with the built and natural world. We believe that actual experience is spatial — grounded in how we see, move through, and remember places. Our mission is to make the richness of spatial experience accessible through digital means. We develop ArchiX, an AI-assisted visualization platform that enhances how designers and architects imagine and present future spaces, and Whereness, a spatial archiving tool that captures memory, presence, and stories embedded in place. From generative design to digital preservation, our tools support creators in turning potential into actual.
