At Actualize Design and Manufacturing we can design & manufacture the most complex devices imaginable and handle mass productions, short-run productions and prototypes. Capabilities include designing, modular tooling, PEEK manufacturing, cell manufacturing, full automation capabilities, and prototyping services. Our goal and daily mantra is: HIGH QUALITY delivered ON TIME! We have an intense quality control process based on ISO:13485 standards. We strictly follow our customer’s as well as FDA quality control procedure guidelines to ensure that we deliver products that meet customers’ specifications. Since our primary focus is on the medical industry, our facility is run and held to higher standards than other machine shops. We know that delivering products on time is important; so we’ve invested in software that helps us manage time efficiently. We know if we can succeed at delivering high quality products on time that we can develop long-term partnerships with our customers. By helping our customers “Actualize” their ideas, we will “Actualize” our goals. ABOUT OUR NAME In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the highest level of personal fulfillment is Self-Actualization. Maslow described self-actualized people as those who were fulfilled and doing all they are capable of. We think this name suits us perfectly as it is our goal to help our customers “actualize” their ideas.
