ActuatorVivek is a People Centric Initiative to collaborate with Businesses, Institutions, Governments and our Youth to facilitate them emerge as Awakened, Thoughtful & Evolved entities with Amplified Abilities in executing their strategic and tactical objectives thereby contributing in making India a “Self-Reliant Global Powerhouse” An astute workforce is going to set the foundation to achieve this ambitious national objective. ‘CAREER PROGRAMS’ for Youth: We wanted to create a program which covers every possible issue faced by real professional world in its product/service/solution provider i.e. what an individual, employee, organization, government expects from itself and every other entity. This made us to research across aspects which are important in ones success and satisfaction; and we shortlisted a total of 180+ pointers to discuss with our Youth. We broke them into verticals and created psychometric evaluations around it to help every youth find their broader-self and align with a purpose of their own. This made the launch of “Career Programs” at 4 stages: 1:"Shaping Budding Minds" for Parents of Class K-8. 2:"Unlocking Potential" for Students of Class 9-12. 3:"Beyond All Clutter" for Under-Graduates and Youth preparing for competition. 4:"Art of Professional Brilliance" for Young Executives, Start-Up Enthusiasts and Budding Entrepreneurs""TRAIN the TRAINER" Programs: While approaching schools and HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) with our uniquely crafted ‘Career Programs’ and after listening to the concept and the approach, there was a common call for a robust program for School and HEI Teachers and that’s how 'Train the Trainer’ Program took shape. A set of comprehensive workshops running for 5 days spread over 30-40 days covering: 1. Augmented Thinking 2. Discerning Purpose 3. Life-Skills 4. Design Intelligence and 5. Perpetual Precision We undertake customized sessions too as per institutional requirements.
