The Acuity Capital ATM provides the ability to raise equity capital on terms you control. ATMs maximise capital while minimising dilution ATMs have been used in the United States since the 1990s to raise billions in equity capital more intelligently and efficiently. Acuity designed and was the first to offer an ATM solution to ASX-listed companies. Acuity Capital has now established over 60 ATM solutions with ASX-listed companies with market caps ranging from a $20m to over $1 billion.
