Pain Management: Karen also earned a national certification in “Acupuncture Orthopedics”, a course designed to help with diagnostic and treatment techniques for pain conditions, and she has extensive experience in treating pain conditions. Facial Rejuvenation: She has additional training in “constitutional facial renewal acupuncture”, a technique designed to improve the complexion. Chinese Herbal Medicine: Ms. Sulger maintains one of the largest Chinese herbal apothecaries in San Diego County. She prescribes and custom-blends a variety of Chinese herbs specifically tailored to each client’s needs. Her mission is to use all aspects of Oriental Medicine to provide her clients with excellent natural health-care. Ms. Sulger lectures frequently and has appeared on radio and television.
