The Group was set up to allow Services Ltd to cope with the emerging business that was being awarded and to also branch out and concentrate on other areas of the facilities sector that it specialises in. Group Ltd specialises in bespoke Security Services, Facilities Management and Property Maintenance for public and private sector businesses. These are carried through the group structure which consists of Security Ltd and Property Services Ltd. We have a very diverse client portfolio so, whether it is a corporate building, shopping centre, leisure or retail park, special or public event Group companies can offer your company a tailor made service to suit your business. We are totally committed to service excellence and continually work closely with our clients to achieve all objectives at a cost effective price. Security Ltd is looking to grow our portfolio and branch out into other sectors. We have a good client base and have always expanded within these clients portfolio so had no real need to do "sales pitches" but we have taken a view that in 2018/2019 we will concentrate on building the business to the next stage. We offer the best cost effective service to all our clients and prospective clients to ensure that they not only get the best operation from us but allow them to save money without compromising on the services provided. that will give you further information on what we can offer and show the accreditation's we have that include RISQ, Safe contractor, and Construction Line. All security companies no matter how big or small are all subject to the same audits and have the same legislation and rules that need to be adhered to and we now think people are seeing that they can get the same service from the smaller companies, not only at a more reasonable rate but with more effective client relations and one to one attention. the day of charging excessive rates is becoming a thing of the past as clients are aware of the chain in which some companies stand. The companies contracted are not always the ones delivering the service. All our security officers hold CP, S/O or DS licenses and most are first aid, first response and banksman trained, we also have an inhouse trainer who can train many of these functions. After signing the forces covenant and taking the pledge to support our armed forces we also employ veterans who are both male and female. We are also setting up a department where we are trying to help veterans with disabilities but they are all fit for duty and we get them into the workplace where possible. We currently are sponsors of the "Let's Do Events" charity that enables disabled ex-military personnel to re adjust to life and offers counseling, they also get them into adventure activities to give them back their confidence and self- belief that they can move forward in life and their disability is not a barrier stopping them from moving forwardin life.
