History ADA Company was founded back in 1992 in Dammam. All credits go to the shift that occurred within the market of cleaning and sales points. ADA investment on sales points kept going on till 1998. However, the unfavorable structural nature of cleaning services market, the unfair competition practices, and the absence of governmental regulations on health and machinery standards had led to the closure of many ADA sales points and left few opportunities and choices for ADA future growth. One of such choices was to continue depending on realization contracts made with selective companies (e.g. Saudi Aramco), which only accepts high-quality cleaning services. The other choice was to concentrate on revolutionizing and transforming our own local market, and to seek to develop and set up new ground-breaking standards and business practices for executing and delivering cleaning services. The latter was our firm choice. Our New Project (Starting March 2018): Creating a new high-quality business environment for the market by designing and completing a successful digital transformation process. The focus of such process revolves around the participation of our customers in producing their services and products. For this process to be feasible, the company made (partnerships and franchises) with well-known international companies to facilitate such transformation. The Mission To introduce ultimate quality and creativity of providing cleaning services that fill the gaps between the needs and the requirements of our current generation of customers and what they would substantially get. In doing so, we seek to launch an interactive and viable digital community in a professional manner through multiple means of communications; which will enable us to mix our customer experience with the ways by which we conduct our business. Our mission is based upon the assertion of the existence of diversity among customers; who must be viewed as millennial; who are continuously seeking different types of services and delivery methods; who have more knowledge, and who are very technologically oriented and attached. Work Environment: We will not have managers in our company. ADA system will play the role of the manager where every employee is measured by their performance. Sharing developmental ideas among all employees will be the essential part of our work environment and management practices.
