After 15 years working in the pharma Field, I finally asked myself the question: what do you want to be when you'll be tall? Pretty tough!question! As a result, I decided to join my expertise and my passion: Horses. For the little story, It's Adagio my Horse that gave me the chance to stay anchored, it was my work balance and my Oxygene. It was then obvious to create Adagio Coaching, A center to developp the professionnals skills with te help of Horses. My method is to first come in your company and analyse what are the needs and then provide you a program outside your office or your confort zone with Horses, you will developp your communication, your leadership, your assertivity and others things that you need to live and feel. Horses respond to leaders who demonstrate confidence, provide clear direction and act authentically. The competencies that you've learned, will stay with you long afetr your session is over!
