Adair Plastics is a contract manufacturer producing small to medium-sized components and assemblies for OEMs in the electronics, industrial products, transportation, and medical equipment industries. Our services include: Injection molding, with molding presses from 28 to 250 tons Mold Transfers - movement of projects from other suppliers to us for further production. Mold building, including single and multi-cavity complete molds; MUD (Master Unit Die) unit mold inserts, and interchangeable cavity/core inserts Secondary operations, such as ultrasonic welding and insertion, machining, tapping, and drilling; mechanical assembly, adhesive bonding, decorating: hot stamping and pad printing; clean area assembly, and assembled product testing.
