With the downpayment and monthly installments, the construction is started and will be completed in 2 -3 years. For Example, if the total cost of the flats is 30 lakhs, you pay 1 lakh and book the flat and pay the down payment of 35% in 2 installments in the 1st month and 3rd month. 1st month pay 6 lakhs and 3rd month pay 4.5-lakhs and the rest pay monthly just Rs.38,541 in 48 monthly installments.
