Adams Street Consulting, LLC is a firm dedicated to improving our community by supporting the organizations and systems that support our community. Sarah Groshell, owner and principal consultant has over ten years of increasing responsibility in organizational development, operational support, collaboration, training, and leadership in Oregon and SW Washington. She has provided senior leadership through staff and board positions at various non-profit and government organizations. Her passion for developing leadership and organizational capacity has extended her experience to include work on Best Practices in nonprofit management, provision of informal technical assistance to a variety of organizations, training, and facilitation of organizational development activities. With international and local experience, Sarah has a strong commitment to social justice and strengthening diverse communities. She holds a Master's in Public Administration with a nonprofit concentration from Portland State University, and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
