Adapt Consulting

ADAPT Consulting is a student organization partnered with The Kelley School of Business and the School of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University. It was started by a group of motivated students looking for a more hands-on way to apply their knowledge of business and psychology to the real world. Our organization is unique in that it provides undergraduate students of all types with an out-of-classroom experience often found in graduate schools or internships. There are two membership options in the organization. Students interview with ADAPT and can be accepted into a project team that is paired with one of our clients. Each project team works with a business or nonprofit to work on issues that matters in the real world, right now. Projects can range from employee morale to marketing strategies. The other option is our general membership. General membership consists of networking and professional development events including personality workshops and database workshops. General members are equipped with essential professional skills and training as well as a social network of motivated individuals. Many general members move on to work in project teams.
