The Adapt team come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a wealth of experience in developing innovative and highly specialised solutions. Our expertise in adhering to government-set guidelines in the housing sector is evidenced by the success of Affordable Management Corporation (AMC), which was founded by the Directors of Adapt Housing. AMC manages over 2,800 dwellings across 160 locations, providing participation and access to tenants, property developers and investors in the Federal and State Governments’ National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). The Adapt team draw on the highly specialised solutions developed by AMC in managing government grant applications, administration, legislative compliance, and ongoing management requirements for participation in the NRAS, applying that knowledge and experience to the requirements of the NDIA’s National Disability Insurance Scheme. Having already forged strong relationships within the government and housing sectors, Adapt is positioned to successfully collaborate with key stakeholders within the community to achieve ideal outcomes for individual participants, families, service providers and investors alike. Underwriting the experience and connections of the Adapt team is a strong background in business services and finance, with services also provided to long-term investors seeking to capitalise on the opportunities presented through the provision of specialist disability accommodation.
