AdaptionLab offers self-adjusting office furniture (desk and chair) and an app that enables ergonomic personalization at every workstation. Our system brings the memory function from the car into the office and makes ergonomics tangible for the user. The main focus is on high user comfort when operating the workstation. The user experiences the same office in any location every day to increase productivity and user well-being. Our app includes the Ergonomics Coach, which supports the user during the initial setup. The ergonomic settings are explained step by step in the app and the user gradually creates the ergonomic profile in the app. This is transmitted to the booked workstation every day, ensuring basic ergonomics even in the shared office. Our vision is to create a connected office that offers maximum user comfort and personalization despite high flexibility, so that the office of the future can be designed attractively and effectively.
