Adaptive Edge Coaching

As a developmental psychologist I have designed a unique method of change that applies the latest research on identity and emotion in psychology and neuroscience to Robert Keegan’s theory of constructive-development. My work has powerful applications for individuals with goals of recreating and asserting themselves into their social and professional lives as well as organizations and groups learning how to develop together authentically. I partner with Maple Coaching to provide programs in intercultural and organizational dynamics within highly international organizations. I hold a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and teach Executive Coaching at EM-Lyon Business School.
