We provide our clients with exercise prescriptions custom to the needs and goals of each individual. We work daily to monitor client progression as well as keeping a detailed health chart that each client can present to their primary care physicians for assessment. We are partners with Micro Biome labs who are a company that provides my team with custom supplements that are specifically address symptoms and aliments that are unique to these individuals.
