Our services include- Helping propective buyers obtain HUD approval to purchase the project- Preparing for and surviving REAC inspections- Preparing rent increase applications- Preparing for MORs, including preparation of Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans, Tenant Selection Plans and the like- Determining which Section 8 renewal option is best for the project- Preparation and submission of Section 8 renewal and annual funding requests- Negotiating workout plans for "troubled projects;" and - Helping with pretty much all the day-to-day management and compliance concerns faced by HUD owners and managers.
