We offer advice on all planning matters. Both Dave and myself have over 20 years of planning experience, with the vast majority in Local Authorities at a senior level. We can provide guidance on development opportunities for new housing, commercial and leisure schemes. We also have substantial experience in dealing with planning applications and planning appeals from minor schemes to major developments. Having worked in Local Authorities, we have experience of dealing with all different types of planning matters. This can be from domestic extensions to 400 plus residential developments and conversions of buildings. We have no limits to where we work and are willing to travel where required.
