Adelfos Support Coordination

Adelfos is a support coordination agency that is contracted with the state agency DSPD to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in navigating the different supports available through the Medicaid funded agency. Support coordinators lead each individuals support team to find the supports they want and need, and advocate for each individual to ensure they have the proper funding.
