Adeline Yoga Studio is your source for Iyengar Yoga studio in the Oakland/Berkeley area. We welcome all body types, abilities and ages. Our teachers are trained to help rehabilitate injuries, accommodate special needs and address health limitations. This is yoga for everyone. We have been described as “all substance, no flash” by our students who appreciate the Iyengar method of Hatha yoga practice. It is yoga that is genuine, nourishing and effective. All classes are taught with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, alignment, and symmetry.
