Adelphi Living is an NDIS provider with SIL & SDA solutions located in Perth, Western Australia. Our leadership team has over 30 years of experience in disability care and residential aged care industries. We offer an innovative “person-centred approach” to help our Participants, enabling them to be and do their very best. This approach is based on in-depth research conducted with a university and forms an integral aspect of our service provision. Our mission- Provide quality and professional care and service delivery as a significant provider of disability services in Western Australia- Provide an environment which allows our NDIS Participants to fulfill their goals within a home-like environment based on a Person-Centred Approach to needs- Undertake all our responsibilities within our quality systems framework whilst embracing the philosophy of continuous improvement in all we do. Our vision- To promote, protect and ensure full and equal enjoyment of all fundamental human rights for all persons with disability, whilst respecting their inherent dignity.
