Our expertise for property searches is in the North East/North West of England. We have carried out searches for clients in Tyne and Wear, County Durham, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester & Lancashire. Typically, clients are from London and have seen double-digit rental yields made possible through instructing us. The company currently owns and manages several properties across the North East/North West of England, London and Essex. Typical fees for property searches start from £4,100. Clients we manage properties for, fees for this service typically range from 10%-15% of the monthly rental income.
