Founded in 2002, AdhereRx is a closed-door pharmacy with compliance packaging solutions that serves high-risk patients with complex health conditions and social determinants of health (SDOH) barriers that cause habitual medication non-adherence. Our goal is to provide every patient with the tailored long-term pharmacy support and help they need to take control of their medication routines so they can stay healthy and avoid future health risks due to medication issues. AdhereRx offers proactive support with around-the-clock pharmacist access and monthly medication check-ins at no additional cost to help improve quality of life and health outcomes. Our team identifies and overcomes patient barriers related to SDOH such as food insecurity or financial instability and works directly with patients and their care team to synchronize medications and coordinate monthly contact-free delivery of safe, up-to-date medications through AdherePack™ compliance packaging. We also partner with local entities to conduct tests and distribute vaccines for several preventable diseases caused by viruses and bacteria to ensure equitable access to lifesaving resources for underserved areas and populations.
