The WASAN group, founded in 1930 by late Mr. K.N Wasan and taken to new heights by his two son’s late Mr. Deepak Wasan and late Mr. Sushil Wasan is one of north India’s leading leather corporate groups. As the pioneers of exports in shoe uppers, in the past decades the company successfully expanded its product range for export to finished leather, leather shoes, leather garments and leather accessories. The group has its own tannery for the processing of finished leather and shoe manufacturing units with state of the art machinery in Agra. The group also has a trading division in addition to cater to the needs of the ever-changing demands of the fashion industry, which is headquartered in New Delhi and is representing several European brands for all their sourcing requirements out of India. The additions to the group have been directed at the growing Indian economy, with the introduction of a manufacturing unit for Extrusion of Upvc profiles for the window and door industry - with a German Joint Venture was set up in Manesar in the year 2004 with its brand “SkyFrames”. Imports of high quality Italian furniture from Italy and an Ecommerce leather boutique has been set up for worldwide sales of their own private label “ Aditi Wasan”.
