At Adiyogam, our collective efforts are focused on fostering community, promoting mindful movement, and promoting wellness. incorporating the awareness learned from mat practise into the practise of living. Adiyogam offers multi style Yoga teacher training TTC 200 hr, Hatha, vinyasa and Iyengar methodology and we also have yoga retreats and special classes on yoga therapy.
