ADM Group started its activity in 1998 in Padova, Italy. Initially the company was created as an association of professional Chartered Accountants and Auditors under the initiative of Alessandro Allamprese Manes Rossi, Teresa Donofrio and Guglielmo Martinelli. With the time the constant growth in size and reputation brought to attention the need to form an integrated advisory structure able to assist the Clients in business, corporate tax and financial areas. As a consequence, in 2001 “ADM Servizi” was founded with primary dedication to offer customised “corporate advisory” support to entrepreneurs in their short, medium and long term strategic decisions
