Admin Tones

Admin Tones is operated by me, Jo Howlett. Since setting up the business in 2009, my passion for supporting and helping businesses, charities and law firms with their administration issues, has only grown. Admin Tones provides a bespoke administration service to all of our clients, and will continue to do. Whatever your issue, I am willing to work together with you to fulfil your goals, by providing an efficient service that can be called upon at any time. By outsourcing some or all of your secretarial or administration work to Admin Tones, you can let me do the bits of your job you don’t like and concentrate on what you’re expert at. I have several years’ experience in a wide range of secretarial, administrative and proofreading roles, largely for SMEs, law firms and charities. In addition I have carried out voluntary work covering all aspects of this work for people with social challenges and learning difficulties. I can work in two key ways: Visit to your offices based in the Greater Manchester area, and work there for an agreed number of hours or on an agreed project. Alternatively, services can be offered remotely via online access, phone and email. Just take on Admin Tones for the hours you need, far better than taking the risk and cost of employing someone full time.
