To establish the exclusive cooperation for the area of real estate mezzanine investments in Germany and Austria, the company BVT-ADMODUS Mezzanine GmbH & Co KG was founded in 2015, a 50:50 joint venture between ADMODUS and the renowned BVT group. In addition, ADMODUS advises and accompanies institutional investors and family offices from a network that has been carefully cultivated over many years in the structuring and granting of mezzanine loans and, if desired, develops individual risk management strategies for the development of a successful real estate mezzanine portfolio together with you. We make our long-standing business contacts with family offices and institutional investors available to our partners in a spirit of trust and regularly support project developers in the sourcing of land and projects as well as investors in the early purchase of properties.
