ADN Capital Ventures Inc.(founded in 2007) is an infrastructure advisory company which provides consulting and fund raising services worldwide to a wide range of clients, including developers, corporates, investors, contractors and governmental entities and others. The ADN team members have led the successful structuring, negotiation and implementation of some of the most innovative and complex financing structures internationally, some in emerging markets with unprecedented concession/project finance structures as alternative models of project delivery. The clients of our team included governments (South Africa, Croatia, Jamaica, CEE countries and others), public bodies (in the US) and private sector firms. On the private side, we have advised investors, international contractors and developers in structuring financing solutions (bonds, bank debt and/or equity financing) and successfully implemented their infrastructure projects. In 2003, the founder of ADN brought the first ever rated project bond to the market (Best Deal Award) for a road infrastructure project in Croatia (Bina Istra). In the US we have advised and worked on numerous large-scale infrastructure and concession deals, including the Indiana Toll Road and Northwest Parkway, Chicago Skyway and the development of two container port terminals in the Gulf of Mexico.
