AEA is the lead agency in AdoptUSKids, a Federal grant through the Children’s Bureau, to recruit adoptive families for children waiting in foster care across the United States. AEA is also the membership organization for Adoption Exchanges, currently serving approximately 40 member agencies across the country. AEA’s members recruit permanent families for children in foster care.
