They are as follows: 1) We call to arrange a time when we can call you back to discuss your needs and requirements. 2) We call you again and we complete a 'fact-find' with you to gather all the information we need to secure you the best mortgage deal. This call will last approximately 30 minutes and is at our expense. 3) We then post to you the best deal we can find in the form of a 'key facts illustration' for you to think about. We will also enclose the application form 'part completed' for you to sign and return should you wish to proceed with your mortgage. We charge a mortgage advice fee of £395; we will retain any commission from the lender.
